Duxton Immigration Consultancy Pte Ltd is looking for fresh faces for our Sales Executive role! Join our young, vibrant and dynamic company in the heart of immigration and relocation services in Singapore!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Executive Duties:

• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations and invoices.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and packages professionally and promptly.

Office Administration Duties:

• Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
• Prepare reports on sales, administrative activities.
• Ensure a organised and efficient office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
• Manage the upkeep and presentation of the showroom to ensure a clean and appealing environment for clients.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
