Aircon Sales Specialist

Aircon Sales Specialists are responsible for achieving sales objectives as well as handle all Aircon sales activities and post-sales activities in order to achieve Company's targets and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Able to resolve all complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments

Arrange and display merchandise

Keep merchandise area neat and tidy

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Air-conditioning
Able to speak and write in Basic English
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Able to work shift hours, weekends and public holiday.
Comfortable working at multiple retail stores island wide as assigned


Type of Work:

Yearly contract (Renewable based on performance)

Work Schedule:

Candidate is required to perform the following working shifts from Mondays to Sundays:


Afternoon : 2pm to 10pm
Z-Shift : 12pm to 8pm


Number of Off Days in a Month: 6

Probation:


3 months


Salary and Allowances:

Basic salary: $1,600 to $2,000

Incentive – 1.5% of total sales (Terms & Conditions applies)
