Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory, mail distribution, and facility management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Support budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies.

HR Support:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated accurately.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave applications, and preparing monthly reports.
Coordinate staff training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and/or HR support roles.
Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
