  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Join the movement to empower Singapore's seniors as a Digital Ambassador! In this vital role, you will help seniors navigate digital tools and platforms, enhancing their digital literacy and confidence, and participate in events/learning sessions, fostering community connections, and supporting seniors in embracing a digital future.



Location: Chua Chu Kang / Holland-Bukit Timah GRC



Job Responsibilities:

Coach and equip seniors/hawkers with basic digital skills through 1:1 or group settings in using software (e.g. Zoom, Singpass, WhatsApp, PayNow, PayLah).
Engage with GRCs, libraries, community centres, and stallholders in hawkers to sign up for e-payment options.
Prompt follow up and administration work.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Working Hours:

5 days a week (within Monday to Sunday).
8.5 hours (within 7am to 10pm, up to 44 hours per week).
6 to 12 months contract.



Job Requirements:

Minimum N / O level certificate.
Patient and able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.
Able to participate in events, learning journeys, or pop-up booths.
Familiar with the different e-payment systems and messaging apps that are regularly used in Singapore.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Able to withstand long standing and walking.
No experience needed, but must be passionate to coach and equip seniors/hawkers with basic digital skills.



Basic Salary: $2,000 | Mobility Allowance: $100
