We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for learning and a positive attitude to join our team as a Trainee Barista! If you’re eager to pick up the art of brewing and dream of becoming a skilled Tea Barista, we want to hear from you!
No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll provide the rest!
5 days work (required to work on weekend)
9 hours per day
Multiple locations Islandwide
Main Responsibilities
Learn & develop yourself! Be trained and mentored by Senior Tea Barista in the preparation of beverages and all daily
tasks.
Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments.
Awareness of strict health and safety standards
Provide good customer service
Basic language skills (No problem if you're still learning, we’ll support you!)
