Job Scope
Manage a team of about 15-20 members.
Deploy work based on real-time condition, working closely with Warehouse Executive
Report machine/equipment anomalies to the maintenance team.
Supervising team member discipline.
Supervising team members to ensure picking accuracy.
Ensuring team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) diligently.
Ensuring team members complete checklists.
Notify QA or supervisor when raw material quality issues are identified
