Centre Administrator (Full-Time)
Since 2013, Joy Music Studio is an established music school in Marine Parade offering a variety of instrument choices and professionally equipped studios, we are known for our enthusiastic teachers and customized approach for learners.
We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Centre Administrator (Full-Time) to join our joyful team at our Marine Parade location.

Commitment Requirement:
- Commitment levels: Full-Time 42 hours/week, on-site (5 days per week)
- Available to work on weekends (9am-5pm) and weekday afternoons/evenings (11am-7pm)
Role & Responsibility:
Sales
- Respond effectively to enquiries (walk-in customers, online, email, phone) and proactively manage customer leads to encourage trial sign-ups
- Nurture lead funnels, arrange for trial lessons, and sign-up new students
Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administration at the centre
- Maintain and organize software used for scheduling, customer management, invoicing
- Prepare and send student invoices accurately and on-time
- Coordinate communications between the school, parents, students, and teachers effectively
School Activities, Marketing & Promotions
- Support marketing/promotion activities when requested
- Help plan or coordinate school activities such as concerts, workshops, camps, programs
Help create a friendly, positive, and professional environment within the school
- Greet students/parents and create a warm, welcoming environment
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students
- Assist with training/orientation new team members
We’d love to hear from you if:
- Business or Music related Diploma or Degree
- You have at least 1 year experience working in music or education/tuition related industry OR experience working in customer-facing or operations related roles
- You possess key skills for the role: personal initiative, detail-oriented, team player, problem solving, multi-tasking
- You smile A LOT with a friendly, cheerful personality and confident communication skills
- You enjoy working with children and teens
- BONUS - Can offer skills or experience related to music, performance arts, or music production
