Job Description
- Provide general office admin support
- Perform various office tasks, including filing and document preparation
- Simple bookkeeping functions
- Handle general inquiries, calls, emails, and other communications for the office.
- Simple data entry
- Perform any other assigned tasks and duties.
Requirements
- Minimum O’Level with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of finance or accounting principles
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Good inter-personal skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Tech-savvy
- Good time management skills
- Singaporean & PR only
- Fresh school graduates are welcome to apply
