Job Description:
Developing and managing operational activities, including the monitoring of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) strategies, and overseeing manpower, financial and resource plans.
Day to day repair and maintenance job arrangement and yard operation management.
Manage cost, quality and schedule, as well as health, safety and environmental activities for the site.
Maximize productivity within the maintenance environment through sound scheduling and planning.
Supervision the office team and review the job card and overtime to ensure all jobs are recorded and billed accordingly.
Review invoices, quotation and efficiency of workers in performing their repair works.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in heavy machinery industry.
Technically background of Heavy machineries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
