To provide planning and administrative support for Postgraduate programmes to enable operations and services are delivered to meet the needs of various stakeholders (eg. instructors, students, etc).
Responsibilities
- Course Management
Plan, manage and administer courses (including preparatory courses) involving schedules, course registration, fees payment, venues, case studies, evaluations, certificates and related logistics.
- Faculty Management
Manage and handle faculty appointment, approvals, agreements, payments and faculty's requests.
- Exam Management
Responsible for the exam process involving preparation of exam, invigilation, venue preparation, mark entry and related activities.
- Student management
Build good relationship with students and attend to their requests on programme related matters. Support student activities, planning and sourcing of activities and venues.
- Class administration
Provide administrative and logistics support to weekday and weekend face-to-face classes. To setup, manage and support hybrid and online classes.
- Office Administration
Support overall day to day management of programme on invoice payment, track budget and expenditures, scheduling, booking of venues, collate statistics for school accreditation (eg. EQUIS & AACSB), and information required by other departments.
- Other duties and activities to support programme operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- At least three years’ experience in education industry is preferred
- Willingness to work some weekends (classes are conducted during weekends)
- Knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and handle operations in a timely manner.
- Have strong planning, administrative and organisational skills.
- Good communication and writing skills with ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.
