JR71001 Industrial EngineerJob Scope/responsibilities:
- Lead/participate in planning process transformation projects
- Support Demand Supply Match, mitigate supply gap related to Backend network and provide solution.
- Highlight capacity risks and opportunities within tactical horizon
- Response to demand upside through structured analysis, cohesive network efforts and driving capability to enable upside.
- Work with Site teams to match WIP to backlog to meet customer commit metrics
- Understand and implement site loading/optimization within the pipeline horizon.
- Deploy tactical strategies across AT network that supports Micron’s Strategic Objectives.
- Primary interface to Supply Chain team for Tactical AT issues and operations.
- Team with Capacity team to drive strategic changes to the AT network
- Understanding end-to-end supply chain and the down-stream impact of demand and supply fluctuations
- Applying exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, etc.) in support of this role
- Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, Site Planning and Order Promising teams.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Production Operations Management or Supply Chain related
- At least 2 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain or Subcon Manufacturing experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- SAP and Supply Planning Optimization (SPO) tool knowledge (advantage)
