Various Opening Available: Office Hours/Shifts Hours (Entitled with Shifts Allowances)
Location: Islandwide
Remuneration Package: Attractive Basic Salary + AWS + 3 Months PB awaiting
What are we expecting the successful candidate to handle?
Provide excellent quality services to handle inbound calls
Assist patient in scheduling appointment
Liaise with the internal department to solve patient enquiries and problem
Provide administrative support to the department
We are seeking a candidate with:-
GCE "N"/"O" Level and above
Preferably with 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service or other related field
With excellent communication/customer service skills
