We are looking for an individual to help drive GetGo’s mission from the inside out by supporting the People & Culture team in our people operation processes and initiatives. This role is suitable for someone looking to learn the foundations of human resources through real-world experience.
Day to Day Activities
Support the activities of the full employee life cycle in GetGo (pre-onboarding, onboarding, in-service, offboarding, etc)
Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-files
Support the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflows
Support the coordination of internal People & Culture team meetings and related events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services and strategies
Provide support for People & Culture projects and initiatives as needed
Who We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
Strong passion for improving employee experience through innovative and empathetic solutions.
Problem solving & analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions.
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and Google Suite applications
