Job Description:
Planning the deployment of Event Crews prior to pre-event and event days.
Following up on Event Crews attendance on days of deployment.
Coordinate and facilitate the training required for Event Crews.
Manage event timelines and ensure deployment of Event Crews runs smoothly on the days of deployment.
Handle enquiries from Event Crews on deployment issues.
Provide excellent back-end and ground support whenever necessary before and during events.
Job Requirements:
Previous event planning or coordination experience is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on event schedules.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
Good knowledge on MS Office applications.
