Job Responsibilities
Support HR & Finance Operations
Assist the HR & Finance Controller in daily tasks and operations.
Manage the controller’s schedule, meetings, and deadline.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the controller.
Payroll and Salary Computation
Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
Compute salaries, overtime, and other entitlements.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws in payroll processes.
Facilities Management
Oversee office maintenance and coordinate vendor services.
Maintain records of office supplies and equipment inventory.
Workforce Liaison & Work Permit Management
Communicate and liaise with foreign workers.
Handle work permit applications, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
Administrative Duties
Perform administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry.
Coordinate office events and meetings.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Ad hoc Tasks
Assist with additional tasks or projects assigned by the controller.
Support financial audits and compliance activities.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
Prior experience in HR, finance, or administrative roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in payroll systems and salary computation is required.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR and payroll software is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Flexibility to manage dynamic and ad hoc tasks.
