Key Responsibilities:
Craft Premium Beverages: Prepare a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and tailoring recommendations to their preferences.
Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, teas, syrups, and other supplies, communicating replenishment needs to the Lounge Manager.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
Upscale Ambience: Contribute to creating a refined and relaxing environment that aligns with the lounge's premium standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a barista.
Advanced knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and latte art.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety regulations in a food service environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in barista training or coffee arts is a plus.
Familiarity with specialty coffee trends and premium tea offerings.
Multilingual skills for engaging with a diverse clientele.
