Responsibilities:
Program and operate laser cladding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Cleaning and pre-treating surfaces to ensure effective bonding.
Select cladding materials and parameters based on job requirement.

Ensure HS&E policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Participate / attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
Ensure all cladded surfaces are according to requirement and without defect.
Ensure laser cladding equipment and work station are well maintain.
Maintain records of parameters used, consumable applied, and inspection results.
Requirements:
Diploma/ certification in welding, metallurgy
Proven experience with laser cladding or similar advanced welding techniques.
Understand of metallurgy & proficient in operating laser cladding machinery related tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
