Working closely in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of AHL, the Executive plays an active role in Community Engagement & Corporate Development within the Organization Excellence domain in achieving AHL’s overall strategic objectives, fostering partnerships with the community to co-create an eco-system that empower Persons with Dementia to live well.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Publicity

  • Manage AHL’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content/website management tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Create engaging content (e.g., imagery, videos, newsletters, e-cards) using tools like Canva to promote AHL’s brand, services and initiatives locally and globally.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns, including awareness programmes, community engagement events and rebranding initiatives.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, written materials and marketing collateral to enhance AHL's visibility and brand presence.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to AHL’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across communication materials (both offline and online).

Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships

  • Support the communication of AHL’s innovative dementia care services, including community care service streams, through targeted publicity and marketing efforts.
  • Organise and host visits for partners to the Lodge, enhancing community interaction and support.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of strategic partners, volunteers and donors to enhance stakeholder intelligence and communication efforts.
  • Organise and oversee recognition and appreciation efforts, such as tea sessions and events, for strategic partners, volunteers and donors.

Volunteer Management

  • Support the recruitment, training and coordination of volunteers for various AHL programmes and initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate and co-facilitate outings for AHL residents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Social Enterprise, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Mature, resilient, creative and excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to serving the community.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, self-starter with the ability to write strategically and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to attend events outside regular working hours when necessary.
  • Prior experience in the social service sector is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
