Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to prepare, weigh and pack ingredients according to pre-determined recipes, while minimizing food wastage
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and follows relevant safety and hygiene regulations, in accordance with current regulations and Prepped’s standards
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient inventory is available for their tasks, and informs superior for replenishment
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely, correctly and kept in good working condition at all times
- Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks
Work Hours
- 8am – 3pm (includes break), minimum 2 days per week (no weekends or PH required)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service/food factory environment is preferred, but not required
- SG Basic Food Hygiene certification required
- Training will be provided, but some basic understanding of food prep and kitchen ops would be ideal (e.g. previous experience in restaurant kitchen, hawker stall, canteen etc)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
