Responsibilities
To assist main teachers and therapists:
- To assist in preparing and implementing the programs for children.
- To assist in managing behavior of children using appropriate behavioural strategies taught and agreed by the clinic.
- To assist in supporting the children during routine activities including mealtime, nap time, circle time, work and play times.
- To assist in toileting needs of the children and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.
- To assist in administrative tasks such as typing out summaries and reports (e.g. IEP, Progress Report).
- To assist in providing input on children’s progress during case conferences or at any other case discussion.
- To assist in planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the team.
- To assist in preparing teaching aids, materials and resources.
- To assist in evaluating and maintaining records of children’s development as required in the program.
- To assist in rendering basic first aid as and when necessary.
- To assist in the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
