Head of Student Recruitment -EMBA Singapore

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supervising 3 student recruitment staff
• Creating and leading recruitment activity to generate business and identify new recruitment markets and channels ensuring continual development of new business and sustainability of existing channels.
• Develop and execute annual student recruitment plan with associated targets and KPIs.
• Co-ordinate recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities, including attendance at fairs and events through the development and execution of an integrated plan with associated targets and KPIs.
• Critically assess and evaluate recruitment activity in respect of its value for money and investment returns in relation to targets, making changes and improvements as necessary.
• Identify emerging risks to the schools’ recruitment targets and formulate plans to mitigate risks by managing across the breadth of the schools’ international recruitment activity.
• Actively liaise, network, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
• Other duties, as required from time to time in line with the seniority and scope of this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
