  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview: The DevOps Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure, systems, and tools that enable seamless DevOps operations. This role involves implementing best practices for infrastructure automation, managing configuration, and ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and optimize cloud-based and on-premises servers and administer and optimize CI/CD tools and workflows to ensure efficient deployment processes.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and on-premises servers, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application and system performance issues, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Ensure system security and compliance by applying regular patches, updates, and access controls.
  • Implement and maintain container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.).
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure a robust and secure deployment pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for system automation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular backups and recovery tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in DevOps administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Expertise in managing Linux and Windows systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking, system security, and firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong scripting and programming skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
