As a Delivery Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that orders are delivered to customers accurately, promptly, and in excellent condition. You will work closely with the kitchen and delivery team to maintain the high standards of service that MTR Singapore is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing and organizing delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Confirm delivery details and handle any special customer instructions.
- Support the kitchen staff in preparing orders for delivery.
- Assist in managing delivery logistics, such as route planning and scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery preparation area.
- Address customer concerns or queries regarding deliveries, ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food handling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in food delivery services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with local delivery routes is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,835.94 - $3,250.03 per month
