As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will engage with leads, nurture relationships, and close deals over calls, emails, and online meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations: Present and promote the company’s products/services to potential customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Other Responsibilities
- Skilled in using Canva for creative tasks, and proficient in leveraging ChatGPT for enhancing productivity.
- Design visually appealing presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create branding elements and promotional content.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (experience in [industry-specific] sales is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Problem Solver: Ability to understand customer needs and address concerns effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed sales goals with minimal supervision.

- Working Hours: 9.00 am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri).
