About Us:
World Marketing Group (WMG) specializes in crossborder parcel and mail logistics in the Asian region. As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels. The company has offices in various locations such as Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, and more, along with partnership operations in several other cities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Operations:
• Drive and operate a vehicle (Class 3 License required) to perform timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of goods to prevent damage.
• Verify delivery orders with recipients and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
2. Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
• Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and proper storage of incoming shipments.
3. Warehouse Operations:
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Update and maintain delivery schedules and warehouse inventory systems.
• Report any operational issues, delivery delays, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
5. Lodgement Management:
• Assist with the lodgment of goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth lodgment processes.
What You Should Possess:
• This is a 5.5 days work-week on-site role based in Loyang.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in warehouse logistics or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic warehouse operations.
• Physically fit to handle loading, unloading, and moving of goods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
