Job Summary:
In this role, you will help to grow the HNW business for one agency channel by working with offshore HNW clients on solutioning for insurance tax related matters and also generating business development initiatives for agents to help the organization bring in the incremental business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head of HNW, Agency Distribution and work closely with distributors and partners to grow the HNW pie for One Agency channel.
Job Description:
- Advise HNW clients on tax related queries for PACS issued insurance products.
- Responsible for the experience and speed of inception of HNW cases and driving HNW related sales targets.
- Actively engage the agency to develop new customer segments such as offshore for them to reach the HNW segment goals.
- Plan and organize the onboarding, training, and ongoing engagements with the Private Client Advisers
- Work with HNW customer segment team on vendors to provide Value Added Services (VAS) for the HNW segment.
- Launch, track and drive HNW sales through specific incentives or campaigns

Working Experience:
- Must have prior 6-8 work experience as a private wealth tax counsel in one of the established law/accounting firms.
- Must have a good grasp of private wealth/foreign life insurance tax treatment matters for jurisdictions such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
Education:
- Candidate must have an LLB (Bachelor of Law) or Bachelor of Accounting degree.
