About the role

Join Triptease as a Sales Manager/Director and drive our market-leading solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups worldwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals and make a significant impact in the travel technology sector.

What You’ll Do
New Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and small-medium hotel groups.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize probing techniques and active listening skills to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

Sales Process Management:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Articulate the value of Triptease solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Employ advanced discovery questioning techniques to understand client needs and challenges deeply.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Market Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leader.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform innovation and market alignment.

Performance & Collaboration:

  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize brand impact and enhance go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

About You:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional probing and discovery questioning techniques.
    • Advanced active listening skills to uncover and address customer pain points.
    • Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Mindset:
    • Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer value.
    • Curious and empathetic, with a genuine interest in understanding client challenges.
  • Language: Fluent in English, Mandarin plus one other Asian language (Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog).
