Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation – Site Supervisor to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Responsibilities:
Assist in proper supervision of all contractors and maintain quality control of all the electrical work done for the project
Keep proper site and test records in accordance with the prevailing requirements of the Client, Local Code, Building Control Act and Regulations as well as to monitor compliance of the same by all contractors, all in accordance with good industry practice
Inspect and report on defects
Submit regular reporting, i.e., reports on quality of work, rectification progress etc.
Manage Client relationships
Manage the conversion process and coordinate specialist design support services
Manage the overall project delivery including the design process, consultant appointments and performance as well as authority approvals
Requirements:
Recognized diploma / degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
5 - 7 years of design and construction working experience in a project management position, preferably in Pharmaceutical projects.
Experience in a similar role in building/ refinery/ petrochemical/ process / pharmaceutical plant construction would be a distinct advantage
Good client and people management skills, ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants and relevant authorities on project delivery
Ability to work and deliver results under pressure
Must have demonstrated track record in conversion of bid opportunities
Exceptional planning and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer focus
