Mechanical / Piping Project Engineer
Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Mechanical / Piping Project Engineer to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Responsibilities:
Participates in and oversees the installation and repair of piping systems
This requires a full understanding of project plans and specifications as well as an ability to use all relevant tools and equipment
Piping Supervisors are ultimately responsible for ensuring both safety of crew and environment
Driver in ensuring that specifications are in accordance with safety procedures and regulations, that the work area follows all safety guidelines
Supervise site fabrication, erection and reinstatement activities
Preparation of built drawings for site modification works, conduct hydro, static and pneumatic tests according to specifications
Perform line checks and prepare punch list prior to offer inspection to client; Inspection test plan, project quality assurance procedures and approved procedures to meet the requirements of international codes and standards
Interpret drawings and specifications, quality control procedures and method statements
Identify field problems and provide solutions
Dimension control and documentation where applicable to the specific piping systems.
Monitor, Investigate, Identify and resolve site quality issues
Maintain effective data management system including periodic updates
Review and comment individual TO packages and follow up TO activities as per project specifications related to Mechanical Completion. Perform engineering and NOC line checks to raise punches and record according to the individual TO package systems.
Materials/equipment’s receiving inspection and review of test certificates and related documents as per specifications.
Review all intervention points stipulated in ITP and ensure that all relevant inspections and surveillance are covered as required by specification and codes.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in related discipline
At least 5 – 7 years of related experience
Previous experience in a similar role within Pharmaceutical/Petrochem/Oil & Gas
Possess extensive mechanical pipefitting and/or HVAC/Piping experience
Proficiency with mechanical piping engineering
Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team
