Position Summary
A Global Marketing Master Planner will serve as the central orchestrator for the planning, coordinating, development, alignment, execution and monitoring of comprehensive marketing strategies across international markets. Planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and will work closely with the rest of the teams in the Company, primarily Sales, Transformation Growth and extended Marketing teams ensuring the campaign aligns with business goals, stays on budget, and is delivered on time. The role would suit candidates based in Singapore or Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Work with the Global Marketing Director to develop and oversee the global go-to-market marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional market needs.
- Coordinate and act as the liaison with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Identify key market opportunities and risks, leveraging data and market insights to inform plans.
- Connect the dots across different marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive and unified strategy that aligns with global brand objectives.
- Leverage cross-campaign learnings to optimize future planning and drive consistent brand storytelling.
Campaign Management:
- Provide clear and detailed creative briefs to guide internal and external teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Partners with creatives to the concept, explore, and push the creation of good work.
- Maintain seamless consistency in messaging, branding, and execution across global and regional marketing campaigns
- Monitor the lifecycle of marketing initiatives, providing guidance to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and manage and optimize resource allocation to support marketing priorities.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics and performance data to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform planning.
Required Skills and Experience
- High energy, fun and creative self-starter with the ability to think outside of the box

- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, emphasizing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
- Strong sense of curiosity and desire to learn
- Extremely organised and pays close attention to details
- Adaptable with a can-do approach to problem solving
- Effective communication, partnership, and project management skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clear collaboration with diverse team members.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in MS office and knowledge of Hubspot will be preferred
- Able to work on occasion before/after official office hours to follow U.S. time zones
- Willing to travel internationally
- Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline preferred (Marketing or Sales)
