Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Adaro International Pte. Ltd. seeks Document Controller Administration Staff who is proficient to:-
perform effective document management, prompt tracking, traceability, and control of Legal documents;
monitor File Opening (Control Issuance of document numbers) and File Closing processes in respect of matters assigned;
update fully executed documents in Legal and other shared drives respectively;
ensure the transferring, input and docketing of information/data contained herein are stored and up to date;
maintain the filing system efficiently in accordance with the policy and its procedures;
archive old original Contracts/Documents of the Company and the related companies within the Group;
ensure documents are in order and disseminate correctly to the respective Business Units and handling lawyers;
safekeep originals of the Company Agreements and other documents;
handle confidential information discreetly;
covering office administrative tasks on a rotational basis;
assist colleagues in ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:
· Diploma in Business or any related field
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Preferably in a Law Firm/ legal department
· IT savvy (MS office, outlook, etc)
· Ability to handle pressure and urgent assignments
· Good command of English
