  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Online Sales & Marketing cum Supply (6 days work week, Commission-based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    • Create, post, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.

    • Develop social media campaigns to promote products and build brand awareness.

  • E-commerce Management:

    • Handle customer inquiries and manage reviews on Shopee and Lazada.

    • Regularly update product listings, descriptions, and pricing.

    • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date across platforms.

  • Dealer Engagement:

    • Maintain close communication with our network of dealers.

    • Send marketing materials, promotional offers, and updates to dealers.

    • Introduce new products to dealers and ensure they have the resources to promote them.

  • Administrative & Support Duties:

    • Keep records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback for analysis.

    • Assist with order processing and shipping when necessary.

    • Perform other responsibilities as required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online sales, marketing, or e-commerce management.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Creative mindset with a knack for creating engaging content.

  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle accessories is a plus.
