Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to provide support to our sales team, focusing on both international and local sales. This role involves assisting with order processing, customer communication, shipping coordination, and general sales administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure operations run efficiently.
Respond to customer queries via email or phone, providing timely and accurate information.
Manage sales orders and follow up with clients on payment status.
Regularly update and monitor sales data in the system to assist in forecasting and reporting.
Assist with troubleshooting issues related to orders, accounts, and other customer concerns.
Help organize and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare necessary shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
Follow up with clients for administrative matters and assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
No prior experience required; this role is suitable for entry-level candidates.
Skills & Attributes:
Motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
Immediate availability or able to join with short notice.
