What will you do as a Customer Service Assistant (6 months)?

As a Customer Service Assistant (6 months), you will be responsible for order processing, trucking and drumming activities, documentation handling as well as periodic reporting.

What do we expect from you as a Customer Service Assistant (6 months)?

  • At least 3 years experience in a dynamic admin role

  • Experience with common office software (email, MS Office / Google suite)

  • Experience in a maritime or Oil & Gas administrative role is a strong bonus

  • Degree or Diploma in business discipline

Your core responsibilities are:

  • Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately

  • Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager

  • Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals

  • Coordinate and plan drumming activities

  • Book time slots for trucking activities

  • Liaise with haulier to optimize planning

  • Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations

  • Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection

  • Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes

  • Handle shipping and ITT documentation

  • Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department

  • Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal

  • Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers

  • Create all other prevailing periodic reports, including Qliksense
