Job Description

As an Internal Communications and Change Management Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

Driving Employee Adoption and Engagement

  • Prepare and execute change management communication plans tailored to various employee groups to support awareness and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address employee feedback and concerns during the transition.

Preserving Institutional Knowledge

  • Coordinate with group admins to categorise and review existing content for migration, updates, or archiving.
  • Support the migration process by transferring content efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct system and platform testing to ensure the migrated content is error-free and accessible.

Ensuring Platform Readiness and Usability

  • Establish official groups, channels, and other organisational structures on the new platform.
  • Customise branding assets, including banners, profile frames, and user interface design, in alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Assist in developing an information flow structure based on strategic goals of inform, influence and engage.

Ongoing Internal Communications Support

  • Support the team in maintaining day-to-day communications activities to ensure continuity during the migration period.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in communications or related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in internal communications, change management communications, or a related field (Fresh Graduate welcome for entry-level role)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
  • Proficiency in using communication and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong self-starter with strong sense of initiative (always looking to learn and improve), with ability to conceptualise things quickly and work with minimal guidance, ambiguity and agility.
  • Positive, open-minded & resilient and growth attitude towards challenges and an innovative mind to create solutions.
