Job scope:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cookies, granola, and crackers
Assist with the daily order fulfilment (includes slicing and packing breads)
Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, fillings, glazes, and toppings as directed
Quality Control of final products
Inventory Management
Requirement:
Possess SFA Food Hygiene Certified
Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
