Job Scopes:
Position 1:
Address customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions effectively.
Support customers in their purchase decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Maintain product knowledge to respond confidently to customer questions.
Accurately process transactions for any sales
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently.
Position 2:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support.
Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, AR, and purchase orders.
