The company also manufactures a range of photomask blanks used in the production of chips for various applications such as memory, logic, and power devices.
Get to Know the Role
As a Development Technician, you will play a role in supporting engineering activities and ensuring product quality during the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities include assisting engineers in troubleshooting, conducting experiments, and compiling data for analysis. Effective communication across departments is essential, as you will collaborate closely in a team. Your role requires flexibility, as you will update daily statuses, adapt to changing priorities, and complete various tasks as assigned.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist engineer on supporting engineering activities for product development
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving in the manufacturing line to ensure product quality and high yield
• Assist engineers to conduct experiments and data compilation
• Effective communication to liaison with different departments
• Work in a team environment
• Able to summarize and update Skills and Competencies Profile
• Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning machine technologies and procedures
• Willing to work in 12-hour rotating shift (4 working day/3 rest day/3 working day/ 4 rest day)
• Basic MS Office skills
• Proactive team player
