Responsibilities:
- Ensure every customer feels welcome to the place.
- Interact and engage with guests and assist guests with their requests.
- Keeping track of reservations, ensuring tables are available, and managing the waitlist when
necessary.
- Communicating with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service and efficient
table turnover.
- Provide excellent and friendly service to customers.
- Able to handle customer complaints and provide immediate customer recovery to retain
customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and professional delivery of food and beverages.
- Taking orders and processing payments.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.

-Excellent attitude and good interpersonal skills
-Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness of uniform and personal hygiene always.
-Clear verbal communication abilities are needed to interact with customers, management and
chefs.
-Have the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing guest needs
-Ensure timely seating, assist with order deliveries, and help with efficient table turnover.
