  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Get to Know the Role

This candidate will be responsible for performing daily QC equipment checks, machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. Duties include air particle count measurements, incoming material inspections, and supporting measurement requests. Manage QC spare part inventory, prepare reports, and analyze trends. Ensure cleanroom standards are maintained and assist engineers as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to quality control and operational efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities

Perform machine daily check on QC equipment to ensure equipment’s stability
To set up machine recipe upon request
Assist engineer in troubleshooting of machines
Carry out routine machine maintenance
Support on measurement request
Conduct incoming check for incoming materials and release through system
Carry out routine measurement for Air Particle Count in cleanroom
Perform inventory check for QC spare parts
Prepare QC report and review the trend
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor / manager

Skills and Competencies Profile

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft excel)
Good communication skills
Experience in doing machine maintenance
