As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service, customer satisfaction and overall shopping experiences. Your feedback will be essential in helping businesses improve their services and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned establishments, retail stores, restaurants, or other service establishments as a "mystery shopper."
Assess the quality of service provided, including interaction with staff, product availability, and store presentation.
Follow specific guidelines and tasks for each visit, such as asking specific questions or making certain purchases.
Complete detailed reports of your experience, including ratings, observations, and any issues encountered.
Ensure reports are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain confidentiality and act professionally at all times during visits.

Key Requirements:

- Ability to remain discreet and impartial while evaluating the service.
- Flexible schedule with availability to visit different locations as required.
