We are a dynamic event management company focused on delivering sophisticated and high-impact events for corporate clients and individuals in a wide range of formats from VIP/Client entertainment, family days, dinner & dance, product launches, award ceremonies, teambuilding, themed parties, weddings, staff incentives and even overseas event solutions.

You will be responsible for providing the highest levels of client service and event delivery. The role offers hybrid working from home and at events with flexible working hours.

The Event Operations Executive will be responsible for:

§ Assisting the Event Manager on day to day execution of events

§ Running own events from start to finish

§ Managing crucial relationships with clients & vendors

§ Order processing, procurement planning, event budget control

§ Providing on-site event management

§ Negotiation of best deals for the event

§ Hitting specified margins for events

§ Guest List Management

§ Attending events out of working hours

§ Input in to creative event idea generation

§ Overseeing set-up and pack down of event

The Event Operations Executive will report directly to the Events Director

Requirements for the position are as follows:

§ Diploma holder

§ At least 1 year experience in events

§ Fluency in English

§ Professional demeanor and presentation

§ High degree of accountability and control

§ Solution focused, problem solver, extremely organised

§ “Lateral” / “out of the box” thinker who can think creatively

§ Strong interpersonal skills & confidence

§ Strong customer service ethic

§ Strong organizational skills

§ Hands-on “can-do” attitude

§ IT savvy – proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

§ Awareness of time management and deadlines
