Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Service Delivery: Engage with customers face-to-face to process transactions such as money transfers and other services. Accurately verify and input customer information into the company’s systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries regarding services, processes, and company policies.
Problem Resolution and Escalation: Identify customer issues, complaints, or challenges during service interactions and propose effective solutions. Escalate unresolved matters to the management team when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Balance the cash register accurately at the end of each shift. Prepare daily transaction reports and organize cash for bank deposits.
Administrative Duties: Maintain comprehensive and accurate transaction records. Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.
Operational Flexibility: Adapt to flexible work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify and input accurate data.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
Cash Handling Experience: Prior experience in handling cash transactions and reconciling accounts is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Ability to speak English, Mandarin, and Burmese is highly preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
