Responsibilities
• Acquiring new corporate clients for secured lending (Property)
• Manage and service existing accounts
• Promote company’s range of financial products and offer guidance on loans
• Generate & achieve KPI targets assigned
• Build a strong network of business contracts to generate referrals
• Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a listener and a problem solver. You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives, challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data to increase the overall loan book of GB Helios
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales or related fields
• Minimum 0-2 years working experience with sales and sales support role
• Highly self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
• relevant work experience (unsecured lending (property) & experience in term loans and mortgage loans
