  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

Detailed Design Stage – construction and logistic related updates associated with:

  • Site Planning
  • Construction logistic
  • Temporary site drainage
  • Construction Sequence
  • Identification of construction plant and machinery
  • Preparation of power point presentation materials
  • Interfacing with other disciplines to understand construction sequence.

Other Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with other project drafter(s) and or Building Information Modeller/s for the deliverables.
  • Attending consultant design meetings, if required.
  • Attending local authority meetings, if required.
  • Assistance in preparing or updating report.
  • Preliminary quantity taking-off.
  • Preparation of works schedules or tables under guidance from the C&L Manager
  • Liaison with project schedulers.
  • Liaison with project engineers for specific design as and when required.
  • Assistance in productivity assessment.

Skills:

  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and reliability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with logistics or construction software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in the construction and logistics industries.
  • A collaborative team player with an initiative to complete tasks timely, and the ability to work independently.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time depending on academic schedule.
  • Work location: Changi East Project Office (CEPO)
  • Working hours:

- 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Thursday)

- 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Friday)

- 1-hour lunch break

  • Work from home arrangements may be up to one day a week subject to an agreement with the reporting supervisor.
