We are searching for Helpful and Service-oriented individuals to join our modest business as Part-time or Full-time Retail Sales Assistants!
Job Description
Attend to walk-in customer
Provide product knowledge & recommendations to customers
Replenish & Display merchandise
Put back merchandise to its displayed location
Cashiering
Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)
Follow-up after-sales service
Perform monthly & annual stock take, or as instructed
General housekeeping - keeping the shop clean & neat at all times.
Polite & provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in Retail industry
Good communication skills
Able to converse in English & Mandarin Language
Proactive, Responsible, Integrity, Meticulous, Committed
Customer service oriented
Sales driven personality
Tech-savvy
Working Days & Retail Hours
5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
2 off days per week
Retail hours: 11am - 9pm
Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000 (depends on experience)
Commission (after probation)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 – 50 per week
