Job Scope:

Conduct follow-up calls to clients
Support clients in completing their applications through the bank system
Coordinate pending documentation with clients and the processing team
Prepare and submit daily reports to management
Address and resolve objections effectively
Work closely with relevant departments to resolve client issues and concerns
