Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes and administration support
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Spearhead the full recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, and internal mobility of employees
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
Coordinate monthly payroll (Payroll instructions, supporting documents, OT reports and other changes to employee master list as required from time to time)
Apply and manage the Company’s Performance Appraisal and KPI applications and ensure full compliance by all Managers
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with various government regulations
Job Specifications
Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent
4 years relevant experiences
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Self-reliant, resourceful, and able to work independently
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
