  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Working Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm, Approx. 3-5 days per week (Upon activation)

Job Responsibilities:
• Responding to emails and follow up when necessary.
• Booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is set up before commencement of meeting.
• Sending out multiple calendars invite to respective parties.
• Booking of multiple countries Air Tickets and Hotels in accordance with Client’s travel policy
• Receptionist duties during receptionist lunch time and toilet break
• Administering expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines
• Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 6 stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the client.

Job Requirements:
• Relevant experience will be beneficial.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, tech savvy and able to multitask.
• Willing to learn attitude, on job training will be provided.
