Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours (Shift Work)
Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Associates by
providing excellent cashier services to enhance the customer experience.
Accurately process various
payment methods (cash, credit cards, etc.), ensuring adherence to company
policies and high standards of compliance.
Handle transactional
processes such as returns, exchanges, refunds, and GST tax refunds,
following company guidelines.
Conduct daily reconciliation
of transactions and ensure effective cash flow management, verifying cash
amounts at the beginning and end of shifts.
Input transaction and
customer data into the system, generating invoices with precision.
Assist in preparing the daily
cashier report to maintain accurate records.
Contribute to overall store
operations, including gift wrapping and other operational tasks as needed.
Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of cashier
experience in luxury retail or a similar retail environment.
Expertise in operating cash
registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Proficient in PC
applications, including MS Excel and Word, with strong typing skills.
Willingness to work retail
hours, including weekends and public holidays.
